About management system of COSENES's offcial documents and offcial seal

To whom it may concern,

About management system of our company's offcial documents(Invoice, Purchase order, and any other documents), and offcial seal. In order to assure security interest of COSENES and all of our partners(staff, customer, supplier, logistics partners and any other partners).

Here we declare that from now on,

1. We will unified format of our offcial documents: Invoice. Purchase order, Statement document, any shipment documents，and also other related documents.
2. We don't use electronic seal and picture seal any more.
3. All our documents with offcial seal should be also with the company director's own singature, then scaned and send back.

If anyone who still use electronic seal privately, those business and related documents are invalid and have nothing to do with COSENES.

Any legal liabilities and loss shall be borne by the parties concerned.

And we also have the right to prosecute the legal liability of relevant personnel.
